Payment Schedule

The Client shall pay to the Company the total price of the house in installments as per following schedule either in cash or by a Demand Draft / Pay Order, drawn on a scheduled Bank at Lahore in favour of M/S Meymar Consultants.

1st Installment	15 % As advance amount at the time of signing the Agreement.
2nd Installment	15 % of contract amount after completion of foundation works upto plinth level.
3rd Installment	10 % of contract amount after completion of brick masonry works upto G.F. slab level.
4th Installment	10 % of contract amount after completion of casting of R.C.C roof slab of Ground floor.
5th Installment	10 % of contract amount after completion of brick masonry works in First Floor.
6th Installment	10 % of contact amount after completion of casting of R.C.C slab of First Floor.
7th Installment	10 % of contract amount after completion of all internal plastering works with underground piping.
8th Installment	5 % of contract amount after completion of all internal flooring and bathroom tile works.
9th Installment	5 % of contract amount on finalization, including fixing of electric and sanitary fittings.
10th Installment	4 % of contract amount prior to taking possession by the Client.
11th Installment	1 % of Contract amount after Three month of possession.

The other items of works such as: electrical works, sanitary works, gas works, carpentry and painting works shall be taken up simultaneously with other operations so as to deliver the house in agreed construction period.

The above payment schedule is for a double storeyed construction and shall be adjusted if the house is a single storey job.
